I'm not sure if the app will work on android.
You can compile "\sgcWebSockets\Demos\50.Other\01.Telegram_Client\sgcTelegramFMX.dproj
with Target Platforms = Androide 32 and send me the compiled sgcTelegramFMX.apk file for review to check its performance?
