Chat demo has been updated to include new OpenSSL 1.1 API
You can now select with OpenSSL API version do you want to use
1. OpenSSL 1.0: this is the default supported by Indy.
2. OpenSSL 1.1: this is then new openSSL API which requires use our custom Indy sources.
TLS version can be selected too: TLS 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 (only works with openSSL 1.1 API)
