Support is included in All sgcWebSockets Editions but if you're interested in faster response times and additional Support services, Premium Support might be a better fit for your business.

If you don't purchase any Support Package you still will receive full support through the public forum or internal HelpDesk.

Premium support is only available on Source Code Editions (so BASIC Editions are excluded).
