Get "Method ECDSA_SIG_set0 cannot be loaded" on sending Push-message after registration

Hello,

after completing the websocket-push-stuff I implemented message subscription using your hint to add a custom field. If I then confirm the received subscription after storeing the parameters in the database I get this exception on SendNotification:

Method ECDSA_SIG_set0 cannot be loaded

libcrypto-3.dll and libssl-3.dll are present in the exe folder. Do I need enything else?
